Once again this week has seen the British weather playing havoc with local & regional driving conditions with many routes being affected by heavy rain fall causing flooding.
We haven’t even had chance to upload the pictures up of the automotive victims of the flooding two weeks ago & we found ourselves being called out again by drivers needing us to recover them after falling victim to driving through flooded roads.
Once again the Northern Echo reports on flooding along the main A66 dual carriageway between Darlington & Teesside at the newly finished Long Newton junction, and also pictures of a care worker’s car breaking down in the middle of a flooded road near Bishopton, looking at the pictures someone has taken whilst she tried to get through, the driver obviously hasn’t taken the time to read our driving in winter & adverse conditions blog post, going far too fast have a look for yourself in today’s Northern Echo and you can see by wave/splash she is making.
